What's Lui Yan Kai called in English? Lui Yan Kai literally means Women's Street. From what I'd observe, many of the stalled were handled by women. It's like Petaling Street, but it's managed by women. Selling "replica's" of Gucci, LV, Rolex, Quiksilver etc.
