My desktop has been emo-ing me since I got back from Subang. Since all my photos are in that hard drive, so I guess I'll not be updating as frequent as usual. :( I still have alot of pictures to be posted here and owh! I still got loads of HK pics.

Nevertheless, I took a few pictures at my house porch and please give me some feedback on how it is ok? :)

= Lucasfilm Animation =

I got the invitation from Lucasfilm Animation about 2 weeks back. Went with Kenny, Dwong, Suejane and Rachel. It was a conference explaining about how Transformers were created and how it is animated. It was a closed door event where only invited people are allowed to go in.

Lucasfilm invited a guy(which I've forgotten what his name was) to speak about Transformers and how it is filmed. He knows Micheal Bay too. How cool is that. Maybe he knows Megan Fox as well. *drooling*

Lucasfilm also did mention about a 6 months paid program, training people to be a better animator as well. Those who excel in that program has the opportunity to work in Lucasfilm Singapore.

After the conference, deserts were given outside of the hall. The food was nice, especially the mango desert.

Then, after a satisfying makan session, we looked out the window and it was raining heavily till the whole road was flooded at knee level. Then about 15 mins it was at the waist level and here's a video of what happened.

Luckily we took a KTM to the conference. ^^

= Trouble In The Morning =

I always face problems when Im trying to put my contact lens on. Say, when I'm trying to put it on, the lens "bengkok" to the other side, or I'm scared to "peel" the lens off when Im trying to take it out.

And I was thinking to bring my shades there as we are planning to snap pictures outside the park after career fair in KLCC. Well, I guess wearing contacts is a skill and I got none of it. Maybe I should just go for Lasik surgery and get it over with. LOL

OK, gtg now, wait for my career fair post and also my birthday post. :D

= Chinese New Year 2008 =

Well, it turns out that this year's Chinese New Year wasn't that happy for me. The only happy moments are:

1. The journey to Penang.
2. The journey back from Penang.

Why? It's because there's not traffic jam XD. I went back on last Wednesday(Feb 6th) and came back on Friday(Feb 8th).

I'm kinda glad that we came back early, cos when I was in Penang, it was so bored for me. I don't have any friends over there, there's no internet connection and frankly, I don't have the Chinese New Year 'feel' I used to have last time.
Oh! I got to lit the gigantic log with a dragon on it(I dunno what's it called). It looks like a incense stick the size of a 12 year old boy. So, yea! I got to lit something other than firecrackers. Cos Malaysian government will give special holiday to whoever that plays firecrackers.

The only fun thing I did was watching CJ7 and also Kung Fu Dunk. Cj7 was nice and Kung Fu Dunk was a bit off. Both were funny but Cj7 is better. I wish I could write about it, but it would be spoilers to the readers who have not watched it yet. When I was back to Cyberjaya, I wanted to talk about the movies but people keep shutting me off! -_-! The only thing that I wanna talk about and nobody wants to listen. That's because I don't have any CNY things to talk about and everybody wants to talk about their CNY stuffs.

= Wrong Monitor Calibration =

AwhH! My laptop's LCD is wrongly calibrated. After formating my desktop, I see that my pictures are dark from my desktop monitor =( The image contrast is too harsh.

= Groceries =

Brother's in MMU orientation, parents went overseas and left me and her alone in the house. Guess what I did after a "sien"-ing session of studying......... I went to Giant and bought some groceries. Yea! I bought groceries ALONE. FOR THE FIRST TIME. One may think that "It's just groceries, stop making a fuss out of it". But, how many bachelors you know buy groceries on their own? Minus the ones that follows his mom (including the "previous" me ^.^) to Giant or Carrefour or with their girlfriends for "masak-masak" during dinner.

Anyways, I'm actually making a big fuss out of it cos I'm so bored at home. *run towards the lazy chair and watch Travel and Living on Astro*
